8400/15 European Court of Human Rights
1 BvR 50/15 Bundesverfassungsgericht
Dear Madam/Sir!
Is this psycho-terror torture? The Bundesverfassungsgericht at Karlsruhe, Germany?s constitutional court, is simply dismissing claims without deciding massively violating the constitutional rights of german citizens without even giving a decision-reason.
The European
Court of Human Rights in Strasbourg, France dismisses claims arguing
that not all the necessary documents were received by the court although
the complaintant traveled to Strasbourg himself personally with all the
documents of the past trials in his luggage and asked whether
additional documents are required what was denied by the courts
personnel. A few days later they wrote him a letter that still documents
are missing and that the court will therefore destroy all documents of
his submission and will not answer any questions if the complaint will
be considered complete if he sends in the complaint again appending the
documents they (later) said were missing.
I attached this document
and the Bundesverfassungsgericht-?decision? mentioned before and the by
the court receipt-stamped list of documents which has been braught
to strasbourg as well as evidence photo showing the complaintant in
front of the court-house in Strasbourg.
Is it okay that some human beings effectively do not seem to have any human rights because they simply do not ?get heard? by this courts?
Yours sincerely
